Who we are
Boutique Bar Brands (BBB) are an industry leading drinks agency with a successful track record of working on some of the world’s biggest drinks brands. BBB pride themselves on treating each brand they work with diligence, sensitivity and positive enthusiasm. We only work on brands we feel a genuine connection with and this passion shines through in all aspects of our work.
A proud moment for Phil (aged 4) has his first sip of Guinness.
Phil entered the hospitality industry and years of running some of the best pubs and clubs in the UK followed, including the iconic White Horse Pub in Parsons Green, London.
Don started his beer life working for a high end craft beer wholesaler, committing 8 years of service, several of which as Sales Manager with Belgian beer his area of expertise.
Don meets Phil as he supplies beer to the bar that Phil runs (The Lowlander, Covent Garden) and the seed of an idea is formed over several goblets of dark Belgian beer. This develops over the next two years and, in 2012, Boutique Bar Brands is born.
We love working with BBB & have done so since 2013. They are always helping us keep ahead of the game with new products & advice.
In 2012 newly formed BBB were asked by Fullers to help launch their new craft lager, Frontier. In doing so, BBB were the first external agency to ever work with this iconic brewery.
There are a few extra mouths to feed as Charlie (Beer Sommelier) and Lee (Spirits Expert) join the team.
Launched the Island Records Session IPA beer on behalf of the legendary records label Island Records. BBB acheived brilliant success with this brand gaining national distribution and 3 export markets around the world.
BBB’s spirits portfolio continues to expand with the launch of Dingle Distillery into the UK market. As the first independent distillery to open in Ireland for over 100 years Dingle led the resurgence in Irish craft spirits. BBB successfully introducced Dinbgle Gin, vodka and the first releases of Dingle’s Irish whisky into the UK.
BBB’s team continues to expand with additional sales resources brought on board in London and Northern England to keep up with demand.
A transformative year as BBB’s ability to import and manage distribution becomes more and more in demand. BBB wins the distriubution contracts for a number of large distilleries looking to launch or grow their spirits in the UK including Manly Spirits (Australia), The London Distillery Co and Greensand Ridge Distillery

MEET THE TEAM
Mostly found in the office drawing up strategy documents, liaising with wholesalers and keeping the team in check. Key to his heart is a cheese sandwich.
Loves Belgian beer, the darker the better.
One of the most connected in the industry. Often out in business meetings or running around on his telephone. Ask him about walking his cat Arthur.
Usually sipping a G&T with his wife Catherine whilst doing a spot of gardening.
Marketing Director, beer mule, chief copywriter, accredited beer sipper, agency liaison, events co-ordinator and everything in between.
Never far from an IPA or Amber Ale
The day does not begin until breakfast number three. Usually juggling liaising with wholesalers, managing the sales team, client reporting and the commercial side of the business.
Favourite drink, Spanish gin and tonic (with the correct garnish!)
Sales Account Manager - London
Max takes care of business in South, West and Central London for BBB. As an ex-bartender and trainer, he loves jumping behind the bar to mix a few drinks.
An aged tequila from time to get’s Max’s juices flowing.

Brian manages all our accounts in the East and North London. Don’t be surprised by his scouser accent, he is a Londoner these days.
Quite partial to a cocktail or two in London’s finest cocktail bars.

Our man in the North. Looking after all accounts as well as a couple of Northern based wholesalers across Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and Sheffield.
Tipple of choice has to be a pint of juicy IPA
